The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Education (CADRE) has released its annual National DR Data Dashboard, which provides users the ability to access and compare national and state DR data from 2004 to the present. This latest update is based on data released by OSEP in August 2026 for the SY 2024-25 data. COPAA is still in the process of reviewing and analyzing the data and will provide additional interpretation soon. In the interim, you can click here to visit CADRE's data dashboard.
